Yuma has strong showing

Yuma High was without two of its top five runners Saturday, but still came through with a third place finish out of 13 schools at the Lake Havasu Invite.
Gabriel Torregrosa came in third place, finishing with a personal best 16 minutes, 47 seconds.
The Criminals finished just two points behind second place. Cesar Villegas came in 12th at 17:46.
Nadia Salinas paced the Yuma girls with a personal best 23:54.
